Nowchem prides itself on supplying the Australian and International markets with high quality products and services that help prevent infections and diseases, enable clean drinking water and support families to help create a cleaner, healthier living environment.

In keeping up with modern day technology, Nowchem diversified their manufacturing base to supply a large range of products to customers in various industry sectors. This has since seen the development and growth of Nowchem Watercare, Nowchem Pharma and specialist areas of supply in the market.

Our Team

Our business today boasts over 75+ passionate industry specialists.

Leadership, Client Relations, Administration and Sales & Marketing

Our leadership team consists of eight dedicated professionals who are responsible for business strategy, operations and client relations. Supported by an in-house administration team, they ensure effective communication across various platforms, sourcing raw material specialists and supporting overall business operations. Our sales and marketing team ensure our clients’ orders are fulfilled, processed and distributed seamlessly, every time.

Production, Maintenance & Warehouse

Our production and operations team alone employs more than 40 people. They are responsible for the creation, production, filling, packaging and distribution of all Nowchem products. All operations are supported by an on-site maintenance team, responsible for repairing, monitoring, and installing the latest equipment.

The Warehouse and Distribution Centre is located at 23 Cumberland Avenue, South Nowra. More than 1,000 pallets of finished products are stored here ready for customers to pick up or have delivered.

The undercover area can hold two semi-trailers for loading and unloading from both sides and is licensed for the storage of Class 3, 5, 6 and 8 dangerous goods. Liquid Aluminium Sulphate has been the largest volume product produced on the site for 45 years.

Technical & Research

Our core technical, R&D and Lab team members are responsible for formulation creation and compliance, stability testing and QC testing. They ensure all incoming raw materials are 100% suitable to be used in the production of pharmaceutical products, whilst also conducting research into the development of new materials and formulations.

Showroom and Online Shop

Our showroom and online shop is the perfect place to purchase Nowchem products and other cleaning supplies.
Not only do we sell our house made chemicals, we are also elite distributors for many other brands including, TORK, ESG, Caprice, Bastion, Spillstation, DEB, Saraya, Nilodor, SC Johnson, Oates, Vikan, Sabco, Nilfisk, Cleanstar, Polivac, Whitely, DEMA, SEKO, Recoila, Huhtamaki, Bracton, Terracyclic and other household names in cleaning products from Glendale Packaging.

You can find our showroom attached to our Sales and Distribution site at 23 Cumberland Avenue, South Nowra 2541. This is open to the public Monday – Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00pm.
